Application Guidelines

Recruiting Positions Mechanical Design Engineer Development of machine tools, etc., from conception to planning, design and prototyping
(general development and design including cost and delivery, simplification of mechanisms, weight reduction, etc.)
Control Design Engineers Development of Electric Control System for Machine Tools
(Development and upgrading of machine tools by electric control using various control technologies including hardware and software)
Processing and Assembly Engineers Machining or assembly work using a grinding machine, etc., or assembly work such as assembly, wiring, and switchboard adjustment
Quality Manager Receiving and inspecting parts and products procured from suppliers. Various inspections in the manufacturing process.

These are the three main categories of work, including inspection of finished products.

All of these inspections consist of various items such as accuracy and strength, while analyzing accumulated data to identify quality problems. This will lead to solutions for
Service Engineers As a field engineer, mainly working with machine tools
This includes all aspects of work from customer delivery service to commissioning.
We often travel to various locations in Japan and abroad.
Requirements Design Engineer Technical college or university graduate with CAD design experience
Processing and Assembly Engineers High school graduate or above who is interested in machine tools.
Quality Manager and
Service Engineer
Technical college or university graduates and those interested in quality and testing work.
Selection Process Written test (general, specialist and aptitude test), Interview (first round and second round interviews)

Compensation and Location

salary Depends on age and experience. (Reference: Model annual income of ¥6.65 million *college graduate, age 34, with 13 years of service)
various allowances Commuting allowance, position allowance, family allowance, salesperson allowance (salesperson incentive), overtime allowance, rent subsidy, etc.
promotion Once a year (April)

work location Head office and plants ... Osaka (Yao), Nara (Yuzaki) and Nara (Gojo)

work hours Head office and plant 8:00~16:45

Holidays Two days off per week (Saturday and Sunday), with approximately 10 days off during Golden Week, summer and New Year holidays
121 days off per year, 10 paid holidays (10 days in the first year, 20 days maximum), special leave
